disABILITY LINK is a Center for Independent Living (CIL) authorized under Title VII, Chapter 1, Part C of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. We are supported in part by the Administration for Community Living (ACL), within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to promote independence, self-determination, and the full participation and integration of individuals with all types of disabilities in their communities.
