Empowering Our Youth (EOY) is participating in the Gwinnett County Public School Transition Fair. The location will be the Peachtree Ridge High School in Suwanee, Georgia (1555 Old Peachtree Road Northwest Suwanee, Georgia 30024). This will be an opportunity for students with disabilities and their families to meet with agency representatives to discuss and research the various options as they transition to post-school activities and employment.
